How to prepare Homemade Bhurji Samosa:
Step 1) Begin it by combining all-purpose flour, salt & butter in a separate vessel. Drop little amount of water into it & knead to a smooth dough. When you have a smooth dough made, put the vessel besides for a while & close with a cloth piece or a cling film.
Step 2) In a separate vessel drop grated paneer & combine the sliced green chillies, cashew nuts, bhuna masala, raisins. Uncover the dough & prepare little balls out of it & roll them in moderate size puris by a rolling pin on a flat surface & cut in halves.
Step 3) Bring 1 1/2 of the puri & shape it in little cones. Drop the stuffing mix ready above in the cones. Fold & seal the edges tightly so the stuffing mix doesn't come off.
Step 4) Put a big vessel on moderate flame & heat oil into it. When the oil is sufficiently hot, cautiously drop the cones which we made above into it & deep fry until they don't become golden brown & crispy from each side. Do same with the remaining cones & then switch off the gas knob. Your homemade bhurji samosa is now prepared. Have them hot & relish the experience.
