BCA course stands for bachelor in computer applications. This BCA course is a three-year course after you complete your 12th-grade exams. These three years are divided into six semesters, through which you will learn a variety of coding languages.
Who should do a BCA course?

In the initial semesters of your BCA course, you will learn various programming languages like C, C++, JAVA, HTML, DBMS, website making, android app making, computer security etc. there are many universities in India that provide the BCA course for you. When we talk about the criteria to take admission in a BCA course, there is a lot of confusion between students that the BCA course can be done only if you have taken science in your 11th and 12th grade. But no, this BCA course can be done by anyone who has taken the subject IT in their 11th and 12th grade. If you have taken commerce or arts you can still do this BCA course. Some colleges and universities do have the criteria that you need math as a subject in your 11th and 12th, but this totally depends on the university you are planning to apply for.
But there are many colleges that do not require you to have math as a subject. They have designed their syllabus such that all the topics of math that are required in this BCA course are taught in the college during the course itself.
